4. Is my Bag Boy product covered under warranty?
A. Push/Pull Cart Warranty
POLICY: The Bag Boy Company provides the original retail purchaser of each new Bag Boy cart a limited one year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the cart frame and cart wheels when purchased from an authorized Bag Boy dealer. Bag Boy does not warrant the following items which are considered wear and tear items: paint, decals, tires, grips and other wear and tear items. The wear and tear items listed are only covered for warranty if the product is damaged in these respects before initial use.
REEDY: This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective frame, wheel or part and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable. Claims under this warranty must be made through Bag Boy Customer Service. Proof of purchase is required. A warranty registration card must be completed and received by The Bag Boy Company before a warranty claim can be processed. Warranty remedies are subject to depreciation based on age and use of the cart.
EXCLUSIONS: Improper assembly or follow-up maintenance voids the warranty. This warranty also does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the cart as sold, damage or failure due to accident, misuse or neglect, or modification of the frame, wheels or components. Labor charges for parts changeovers are not covered by the warranty. Additionally, this warranty does not cover damage associated with commercial use, competition, or lack of technical skill of the user.
LIABILITY LIMITATION: The Bag Boy Company shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages including damages for personal injury, property damage or economic losses. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights, and those rights may vary from place to place. This warranty does not affect the statutory rights of the consumer.
“NO FAULT” WARRANTY: If your Bag Boy cart is damaged in a way not covered by the foregoing warranty- an accident, for example – The Bag Boy Company will work with you to replace it at a reduced cost. Please check with Bag Boy Customer Service staff regarding the latest pricing, policy guidelines and produce availability. Any cart sold through this program requires that the damaged product be returned to The Bag Boy Company before the replacement item is shipped unless otherwise instructed. Please be aware that any shipping and/or labor costs are not covered as part of this program.
Serial Number is required for any and all warranty coverage.
B. Golf Bag Warranty:
Bag Boy provides a full one-year warranty on golf bags. From the date of the original purchase, Bag Boy will provide you with parts to repair your bag free of charge due to failed parts due to a manufacturing defect. If necessary, Bag Boy will replace your product during the warranty period. Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim and warranty is only extended to the original owner.
C. Electric Cart Warranty
Warranty Registration: Warranty registration can be made either on-line at www.bagboycompany.com or using the warranty registration card supplied with your motorized cart. It must be completed and returned to The Bag Boy Company within 14 days of purchase.

13. How do I adjust the alignment on the front wheel of the Express Cart/Compact Cart?
If you are pushing the cart and it veers to the left, face the cart and find the two adjustment screws (Allen screws) on either side of the bracket that holds the front wheel on. They will be at the ends of the bracket. You should have received an Allen wrench with your cart. If not, it’s a 4mm wrench. Turn the right screw counter clockwise then the left screw clockwise. Turn them just a little at a time until the wheel straightens out. If your cart veers to the right when pushing it, reverse the directions above.

16. How do you remove the front wheel from the Express Cart to change the inner tube?
To change the tube, first you have to take the wheel off the bracket. To do this remove the entire front wheel assembly, whether by removing the two screws on the under side or by unlatching it, if you have the newer model. Remove the two Phillips head screws on both sides of the bracket that hold the wheel. The wheel will slide out of the bracket. It might require two people to do this, one holding the wheel and one holding the long part of the assembly and pulling the wheel off of the bracket. Once the wheel is off the bracket, you can change the tube.
