DYNAMIC BRANDS ESTABLISHED AS PARENT COMPANY FOR
BAG BOY, BABY JOGGER, AND AMF GOLF
Richmond, Virginia, November 4, 2004…David Boardman, CEO of The Bag Boy
Company, today announced the formation of Dynamic Brands, established as
the Parent Company for Bag Boy, Baby Jogger and AMF Golf. The new Company
will operate as three separate divisions under the Dynamic Brands
corporate umbrella. Boardman will assume the role as CEO of Dynamic
Brands, and Leighton Klevana, COO of The Bag Boy Company, will assume the
role as COO of Dynamic Brands.
The Bag Boy Company, one of the most respected names in golf since 1946,
as a manufacturer of pull carts, travel covers, golf bags and accessories
will now operate as a division of Dynamic Brands. Incorporating the most
revolutionary technology available, The Bag Boy Company continues to
produce innovative products that remain the industry standard.
The Baby Jogger Company, the leading designer and manufacturer of high
performance jog strollers for the last 20 years, will also operate as a
division within Dynamic Brands. Baby Jogger’s products are world renowned
for their superior quality, innovative designs and simple functionality.
Additionally, the Dynamic Brands family will include AMF Golf, a
collection of high quality and value priced golf products for golfers of
all ages and skill levels. The AMF brand has been a driving force in the
