Bag Boy Customer Service Rep:

• Call center environment with duties answering customer, consumer, & sales professional inquires.
• Serve as an expert on the organizations products, services, & policies.
• Entering data into client base software.
• Multi-tasking environment including outbound calls to existing customers/dealers.
• Compose & respond to support e-mails in a timely manner demonstrating proper use of grammar & syntax. 
• Work
with sales professionals by assisting in managing the territory.  Includes weekly contact with assigned sales professional.
Requirements:
• 1-2+ years in a sales/client services environment (previous experience in up selling to customers a plus)
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills with ability to interact professionally with co-workers, customer & sales professionals. 
• Ability to maintain a high energy & enthusiasm while working well in a team atmosphere.  Innovative, strategic problem solver and results focuses.
• Candidates must be PC savvy with experience using the Internet.
• Highly committed to helping people and to customer satisfaction.
